Michael Arroyave is the owner of Arroyave Law, P.A. Mr. Arroyave concentrates in the areas of trust and estate litigation, estate administration, and estate planning.
Mr. Arroyave is an active member of several legal organizations including the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association’s Probate and Guardianship Section, and Miami-Dade Legal Aid’s Put Something Back program. Additionally, he is a member of Friends of St. Jude and the Miracle Society of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami. Mr. Arroyave also sits on the Board of Trustees for Assistance to the Elderly.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Arroyave served as a Trust Officer with Fiduciary Trust International of the South, providing trust and estate administration for high net worth individuals.
He received his B.S. in Management from Tulane University and his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. Mr. Arroyave also received an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law’s Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning.
