Melodie Rivero

Melodie Rivero is an associate attorney at The Morgan Law Group where she concentrates on representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims against insurance companies.

Mrs. Rivero was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned his bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Miami where she majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she served as the President of the school’s Cuban American Bar Association and competed nationally for the Negotiation and Mediation Team.

Prior to joining The Morgan Law Group, Mrs. Rivero spent several years as an insurance defense attorney, representing insurance carriers in all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, construction, professional negligence, and property damage. Melodie has also defended advisors & firms in the securities brokerage industry against customer disputes.
