Maria Isabel Casablanca

Ms. Casablanca received her B.A. degree from University of Hawaii, in 1982. She earned her J.D. degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 1988.

Ms. Casablanca serves as a partner of the multi-state firm of Casablanca Legal Group P.L. She has dedicated herself to the practice of U. S. Immigration and Nationality for 20 years. Her practice involves representing corporate clients and individuals in obtaining immigration assistance and benefits such as employment visas and EB5 (employment creation green card). Ms. Casablanca practices in all areas of immigration from business related visas and residency for the foreign national to representing family members of permanent residents and United States Citizens and those seeking asylum.

Ms. Casablanca is highly experienced in litigation representation. She is admitted to practice before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. She advises employers on compliance procedures and individuals on maintaining their status in the United States. She is certified as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality by the Florida Bar.

Casablanca is currently the Chair of the Mexico City District Chapter and the Vice Chair of the Department of State Liaison Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
