Manuel Agustin Guarch IV

MANUEL GUARCH, joined The Reyes Law Firm, P.A. in April of 2012 as an Associate Attorney. Manuel enjoys working on all types of civil and criminal litigation matters and particularly enjoys trial advocacy work.

Manuel graduated from Florida State University with a Dual Major Degree in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Social Science. After graduating from Florida State, Manuel attended Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C., where he earned his Juris Doctorate.

 
During his third year at Georgetown Law Manuel was accepted into the prestigious Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic where he was a Student Attorney tasked with the responsibility of representing indigent criminal defendants in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. During all three years of law school Manuel was also a member of the Trial Advocacy Division of the Georgetown Law Barristers Council. As an active member of the Barristers Council, Manuel competed all across the country at various Trial Competitions, where he garnered multiple accolades and awards for himself and Georgetown Law.

Following graduation, Manuel accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office where he was able to gain valuable trial experience, taking in part in approximately twenty jury trials and countless more bench trials. At the State Attorney’s Office Manuel dealt with a variety of criminal cases ranging from simple traffic offenses and DUI’s to violent crimes and drug offenses.

Manuel is admitted to practice in any state court in Florida and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
