I was referred to and hired the Dabdoub Law Firm to handle an ERISA matter regarding UnitedHealthCare's refusal to pay the doctor and surgery center for Kyphoplasty surgery, even when my doctor contacted them personally to have the procedure approved and they refused. I was very stressed out and felt overwhelming hopelessness after losing my insurance benefits that I was entitled due to my disability. I have gr...eat difficulty with chronic pain, anxiety and depression caused by Spasmodic Torticollis, Myoclonus Dystonia, and Genetic Torsion Dystonia that I suffer with every day. I worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years until 07/2013; when I was forced out of work due to my disability. I have cared for thousands of patients over the years during the most vulnerable time of life and always strived to provide the highest level of care and dignity to all my patients. I started receiving long term disability benefits 02/2013, and qualified for waiver of my life insurance premiums.
