I was referred to Attorney Kevin Schaefer in July of 2021. After speaking on the phone for quite some time, I realized he was the attorney I wanted on my side to go up against the insurance company that had discontinued my disability benefits. The hardest part for me through this whole thing was the physical assessment test where I was to be pushed to my limits. I had so many fears of the pain this would cause. He said “just do your best.” I repeated those words to myself over and over again during the days leading up to the test, and all the way through it. Trust the process.
