I was directed to this Law Firm by a web search and when I contacted them I was assigned Mr Kevin Schaefer. I could tell from my first phone conversation that he put the client's best interest first. I was very happy to find out that he actually had experience against this exact Insurance Company. I... will never understand when a person pays for Disability Insurance and on the rare occasion needs it, the insurance company will deny and fight tooth and nail to make sure they don't have to pay anything out. This firm and my lawyer worked tirelessly on my behalf and after months of negotiations were able to reach a settlement that was agreeable to the Insurance company, the law firm and myself.
