They called me monthly to make sure I was being covered and well taken care of and give me pointers..After two years of being on LTD for bilatereal Mieniere's disease. Even though I was still on SSDI , The LTD company s...igned a contract to pay over the that I aquired from SSDI . It was not a lot but over 10 years it adds up , they was hoping I would go away . Kevin was very professional and really cares about his clients. I explained my condition and living situation with being a single mother with 2 kids and having a medical condition that stops me from taking care of my kids like I use too. He knows the insurance companies very well when it comes to wha...t do. He was consistent with keeping me updated with what's going on with my case. I really love how if you contact him, he will get back with you that same day and if it's after hours, you will certainly get contacted back that next business day. He tells you the truth he doesn't beat around the bush he's honest with you. If I didn't get him to represent me I think I would still be waiting to get approved.
