I was diagnosed with chronic heart failure.... I needed my short term disability and felt I was in no condition to deal with reading the insurance policy nor claim docs and interviews etc. since most of the time fatiqued, dizzy and with nausea not to mention foggy brain function from all my meds. I was referred to Attorney Kevin Schaefer in July of 2021.
