On my very first call to Dabdoub Law Firm I was immediately connected to Kevin Schaffer. He asked have you been denied, what did they send, what did they say, did they ask you to do this, all within the first few minutes of the call, regardless if I engaged his services he was already helping me. We ...then discussed the process of my employer’s disability insurance company, of which he was also very familiar and explained that multiple things were going on there as they were completing an acquisition. As a previous business leader this all made complete sense and I needed someone who knew all of this and their processes which immediately put me at ease. Finally he actually knew about the chronic disease I am diagnosed with, has had other clients with the same and knew what would need to be done to put together the proper rebuttal. Eight months later I have now been approved. I always had the confidence he knew what was going on and would manage anything that came up. He said “just do your best.” I repeated those words to myself over and over again during the days leading up to the test, and all the way through it. Trust the process. Be honest with yourself and the people you are working with, and do your best. We won the appeal! Thank you all for helping me get my life back on track financially.

Thank you to everyone at Dabdoub. It is indeed a good morning. Not since December 2019 can I even think of the word cigna and not just shake all over. Though my journey here on earth may be quickly closing, the peace that this has given me is immeasurable. Thank you isn't enough but from my HEART, I am so very grateful!!
