Kevin is Awesome! I was lucky to get Kevin Schaefer behind me on my case. I was denied my LTD after years of fighting to return to work and finally reaching the point of continuing to do so was only permanently damaging myself even more. Then I was dropped once I hit LTD. I contacted Miami dis attorneys very early while I was still on Short term Dis.. They called me monthly to make sure I was being covered and well taken care of and give me pointers..After two years of being on LTD for bilatereal Mieniere's disease. Even though I was still on SSDI , The LTD company s...igned a contract to pay over the that I aquired from SSDI . It was not a lot but over 10 years it adds up , they was hoping I would go away .
