After 41 years as a trial and appellate advocate, including 30 years at Colson Hicks Eidson, I have become a full-time arbitrator and mediator. I continue to work on a very few cases as co-counsel but now spend the vast majority of my professional time serving as an arbitrator and mediator in domestic and international cases.
