My Family Law Practice includes all areas of dissulution of Marriage from simple divorces to complex. The practice includes children's issues (residential parent and time sharing), division of assets, alimony, child support and all other matters. I also prepare pre nuptial agreements.

My Estate Planning practice ranges from simple Wills to Complex Trusts and Asset Protection. I also prepare Life Insurance Trusts and Revocable Inter Vivos (Living) Trusts. These instruments are customized to the needs of the client. I also hold a Masters in Tax Law so any estate planning instrument includes tax planning.

EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

In matters of divorce, Mr. Kavulich represents his client's best interest well. He has a superb command of the law and uses this knowledge to best inform and guide those who have entrusted him with matters of alimony, custody, child support, division of assets etc. Although his practice bustles with... energy and enthusiasm – this to the benefit of his clients - he is personable & understanding; never too busy for a conversation or e-mail. He keeps his clients informed of all matters pertinent to their proceedings and is always proactive in acting on their behalf. I highly recommend this consummate professional.
