Jason Robert Brenner

I received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2004 and Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2010, graduating cum laude. I joined The Haggard Law Firm as a law clerk in June 2009 and was promoted to an associate in 2011.

I have been fortunate to handle a wide array of cases for the firm including negligent security, auto accident, wrongful death and other personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries. As co-counsel, I was able to deliver a $5 million settlement to the victim of the high-profile ‘Cameo Nightclub Beating’ case (Youness Adlan v. Cameo Theatre et al.) in September of 2015.

In 2016, a Miami-Dade County Jury sided with my client, Maria Navas, finding that the permanent foot injury she suffered when trampled at a movie theater could have been prevented if proper security measures had been activated.
