Biography
James H. Wyman is an experienced appellate practitioner who is board certified by The Florida Bar in appellate practice.
Mr. Wyman has appeared before all five Florida District Courts of Appeal as well as the Supreme Court of Florida. He has also handled appeals in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Seventh, and Eleventh Circuits, and has briefed a number of cases to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Wyman handles a wide variety of appellate matters, including administrative, commercial, family law, foreclosure, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and workers’ compensation cases.
As part of his appellate practice, Mr. Wyman provides briefing and other strategic support to trial-level litigators
