Ian Corp

Ian is an attorney with Agentis's litigation and dispute resolution practice group. He represents businesses in a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial real estate, banking, partnership disputes, fraud, and representation of fiduciaries. Ian also advises cryptocurrency teams and NFT creators on their projects to ensure they comply with federal securities laws, avoid trademark and copyright infringement, and ensure fair launches. He is admitted in Florida and the District of Columbia courts, including the northern and southern district federal courts of Florida. Before joining Agentis, Ian worked at two prominent law firms where he defended various Fortune 500 companies and municipalities throughout the state. Ian is also actively involved in the South Florida legal community. He is a committee member with the Cuban American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, a member of the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Digital Currency Task Force, and is a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 40th class.
