Biography
I am a business litigator at Saltiel Law Group in Coral Gables. For seven years I have represented business owners, investors, and professionals in contract, fraud, partnership, real estate, and trade secret disputes in Florida state and federal courts, from the first demand letter through trial, post-judgment collection, and appeal. I have tried three jury trials, including a five-day trial as lead counsel that ended in a verdict for my client, and I have argued evidentiary, injunction, and summary judgment hearings across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Clients call me when a business relationship has gone wrong and they need someone to take it seriously, explain their options plainly, and see it through. I work in English and Spanish and handle every matter personally.
I graduated from Florida International University College of Law in 2019, where I was on the Dean's List, and from FIU's business school in 2014 with a degree in finance. I have been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2024.
