Biography
I am the Managing Partner of Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy's Coral Gables (Florida) office. My practice is broad based and includes counseling companies, institutions and individuals. I have particular experience related to managing the immigration programs for institutions of higher education, research institutions, hospitality companies (including cruise lines), and entertainment companies. I also provide legal counsel to investors and entrepreneurs regarding investment based immigration (including EB-5).
Since 2007, I have served as a Member of the President’s Council at Florida International University. I also served as the Vice Mayor of the City of West Miami from 1994 to 2001.

Upfront and Honest

Arrogant and unavailable
Missed a scheduled meeting and was late when we rescheduled. I am much happier working with an immigration attorney who values my time.
