Edgar Belaval Jr.

Born in Puerto Rico. Graduated from Florida State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in economics. While at Florida State University, played free safety and wide receiver on the football team and senior year was a member of the 1993 National Championship team.

Prior to attending law school worked for the lobbying firm of Blank, Rigsby & Meenan in Tallahassee, Florida.

Graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1998.

Extensive trial experience in jury and bench trials as well as before the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings and circuit courts throughout the state of Florida.  Arbitration experience before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, The United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as the 11th Circuit - United States Court of Appeals.

Member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
