Delaila J. Estefano, Esq. is the founding partner of Estefano Law, P.A., (formerly known as Law Offices of Delaila Estefano, P.A.) which was established in October 1999. Delaila has dedicated over 25 years of her career exclusively to the areas of matrimonial and family law, Intellectual Property Law (Trademarks and Copyrights), and Real Estate Law.
Delaila focuses her practice on registering trademarks and protecting intellectual property of well known brands, and providing handling complex family and matrimonial law litigation, including but not limited to dissolution of marriage, equitable distribution/property distribution (including the valuation and distribution of business interests), child custody, child support, paternity, marital settlement agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, post judgment and enforcement matters.
In addition, due to her extensive experience and knowledge, she is frequently selected by other family law attorneys to mediate difficult and sensitive family cases. Delaila’s expertise, knowledge, and experience provide her with the ability to effectively represent her clients in these family law matters, which are often complex and highly emotional.
