As soon as the retainer is signed, I stopped hearing from him. When I sent a termination email and requested a refund, he billed me for work he never provided. I’m having the Florida bar investigate this practice, I’ve been dealing with attorneys all my life but never encountered someone as unethical... as this one.

There was zero responses from the second we paid him. We understood, we cancelled in 15 hours (within the 3 day cancellation window). He’d keep sending random emails on how his platform is being setup. No context to the original case. When the bank refunds the money to us because we cancelled legitim...ately, this person is constantly emailing me to sue me because I cancelled. I have one thing to say to you ‘Move On’ and STOP EMAILING ME.

After remitting a retainer, the counselor failed to communicate verbally with me a single time. Moreover, the only verbal appointment we scheduled was cancelled at the time of the appointment and not rescheduled. This is a young attorney that uses AI and automation which created errors in ...written communication that were not fully proofread. Upon hiring, I directly asked if the counselor had time to promptly file my complaint which he assured me he did. Approximately 2 weeks passed without filing a complaint and the counselor failed to contact me verbally upon request. This is a very young, inexperienced , technology immersed attorney that I do not recommend.
