Damary Valle

I went to Damary Valley with a Family court issue. She started to represent me and throughout the entire process spoke nothing but negative things about my case. I paid her the retainer fee and not too long after she withdrew from the case and claimed to have a death in the family. I did not receive ...any services from her or any refund to date. She actually sent me a bill stating that she filed all this paper work but nothing was never filed. I am filing a Florida Bar complaint against her. Please don't hire her. She is inexperienced and does not know how to handle experienced judges. She is a new attorney and is not experienced at all. I only went to her because of the low retainer fee but I ended up losing all of my money. Now I have an experienced lawyer who is taking care of my case. Please don't be cheap, pay the cost for the experienced attorney...

Ms. Valle is professional, intelligent, organized, and well prepared. She is also an excellent problem solver and thinks creatively. I went to her with a difficult divorce that involved two children in two states. She was able to get the divorce done, draft an agreement for child custody and visitati...on, and split my assets fairly, all while helping to keep me calm during a difficult time.
