Mr. Naughton attended Tulane University Law School, where he pursued a course of study in one of the most extensive and respected Admiralty Law curriculum in the United States and received his Juris Doctor, as well as a Certificate in Maritime Law.
Prior to joining Moore & Company, Mr. Naughton served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Carl Barbier of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Mr. Naughton is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Dade County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association among other organizations.
