You can transfer probation by motion. It would be better to obtainthe agreement of the prosecutor and yout p/o first.

The judge can impose a stay away order by plea or sentence. Further, after the plea or sentence she can be compeled to testify.

Typically an exspouse cannot take a child out of state without court permission. You may seek relief through the family court.
