Bartholomew Martin Motes

The bread and butter of my practice is litigation. I'm admitted to practice before the State Bar and all three Federal District Courts in the state of Florida. I am experienced in all aspects of litigation.

I grew up in the Redland and have been involved with cases concerning property taxes, agricultural classifications, and encroachments. My commercial litigation practice benefits from my background in rural South Dade as well. My family grows orchids and many types of fruit in the Redland to this day.

I have recently been involved in cases representing clients before the Florida Bar.

I have had the privilege of representing clients in matters seeking redress before governmental entities. Some of these have been pro-bono.
