I was deeply disappointed by my experience with Remer, Georges-Pierre, & Hoogerwoerd. I reached out to this firm for representation on a federal gender discrimination case, believing they’d be aggressive advocates for employees. Instead, I was met with an outrageous demand for $5,000 upfront by attor...ney Georges-Pierre—on a contingency case. This was told to me by the intake lady. Anyone familiar with employment law knows that reputable firms take contingency cases because they believe in their clients and the strength of the case. Charging $5,000 just to “get started” is not only exploitative but demonstrates a lack of confidence in the case and a blatant focus on money over justice. To make matters worse, their rating of 4.3 speaks volumes about their practices. A firm that truly advocates for the little guy doesn’t demand exorbitant fees from vulnerable people fighting for their rights. Their behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and downright predatory. I urge anyone seeking representation to avoid Remer, Georges-Pierre & Hoogerwoerd. There are other firms that will take your case on contingency and fight for you without treating you like a payday. Don’t waste your time or money here—your justice deserves better. This was a highway robbery in broad daylight-plain and simple.

Wow! This office has the most helpful staff. I spoke with Mr. Georges-Pierre and he actively listened and gave me very great advice as far as to what direction I should approach with my particular situation.
