I wish I could put no stars for this person! Not a good lawyer at all, will sing and dance you before the case starts and then becomes a cash register filing motions on top of motions that never go anywhere! She didn't do anything right and all she did was whine about how the judge was not good et...c. WARNING DO NOT HIRE!

Mrs. Ana Martin-Lavielle has all the the characteristics you want in a family law attorney. She's professional, knowledgeable, honest, compassionate and encouraging. She was attentive and always returned my phone calls/emails in a prompt manner. Ana made me feel safe and comfortable that everything... was under control. Mrs. Martin-Lavielle represented me in a family matter which spanned from 2009 to 2013. While the representation initially dealt with a marriage resolution, it soon evolved to a custody and relocation issue, wherein my child was at risk of being relocated to another country. Mrs. Martin-Lavielle, and... by extension, her associate and her entire firm, worked tirelessly to protect the best interests of my child, successfully avoiding what could have been a very difficult event in my life. During the entire time, she was the perfect example of trust, knowledge (I call her the smartest person I've ever known), and compassion. Mrs. Martin-Lavielle is the most ethical lawyer that I have ever met in my life. Having been exposed to, and worked with lawyers for most of my professional life, I can state that I have never met anyone like her. While tenacious, when necessary in the representation of my case specifically, she always took steps to resolve and negotiate matters in good faith, so as to avoid personal hardships and/or unnecessary legal fees. She is a consumate professional, and this is well reflected by the entire firm and supporting legal and administrative staff members.

I retained Ana Martin-Lavielle for my family law case. I ended up firing her after three months due to her lack of seriousness and professionalism when dealing with me case. For example, she was not on top of things, she missed important deadlines, which negatively affected my case, and she failed to... grasp the most basic issues surrounding my case. In conclusion, Ana Martin-Lavielle is a poor family lawyer, with little professionalism, and not very responsive to her clients’ needs.

The worst lawyer ever!!! Not on top of her case, forgot important details, made many mistakes in my case & I lost a property she failed to protect! Not trushworty & not worth the $400/hour!!!
