I received my law degree, with honors, from the University of Miami Law School in 1981. I am admitted to practice in the courts of Florida, the United States Supreme Court, eight federal courts of appeal, and several federal district courts.
While I am best known as a criminal appellate lawyer, I have also successfully handled criminal trials and civil appeals.
When you retain me, you can be assured I will personally represent and tirelessly fight for you. Your case will not be assigned to an associate or other lawyer.
For the past several years, I have been selected to the prestigious Super Lawyers, which is limited to 5% of practicing attorneys. I have consistently received the A/V rating, the highest awarded by Martindale-Hubbell.
