Early withdrawal
I hired Mr. Rosenquest. To represent me in an appeal case. He filed the Appellate brief and a month later he petitioned the court to withdraw from the case.

Replied last July 09, 2018This former client was very disappointed that I withdrew from representing her in an appeal. I was compelled to do so when serious irreconcilable differences arose between us. Due to ethical restrictions, I cannot publicly disclose why I was compelled to withdraw, but I say with confidence that it was the only professional solution to the particular situation created by this client.
