My work permit renewal was due. I applied for renewal online and received positive feedback from USCIS. A week later I received an appointment for bio-metrics. In the 6th week, unlike previous times, USCIS decided to stop the clock in processing my request, requiring extra evidence for eligibility. ...My current job was in jeopardy, so time was of essence in solving this predicament. I called Mr Lungu with a sense of emergency and desperation in my voice. It was my 1st time reaching out to Mr. Lungu. He listened to my problem and immediately proceeded in getting the requested proof mailed from the Court to his office, using overnight postal service. Then he directed the proof ASAP to USCIS.
