Im not much of a write and truly never invest time in making reviews, but i feel it is necessary for me to do so now..... First of all, I would like to say that Ken Swartz was recommended to me by my ex-mother-in-law while I was dealing with a Federal Criminal Case. At the time I was extremely hesi...tant to contact anyone. My funds were limited and the government had provided me with an attorney. But , as the weeks went on , I found myself further neglected by my court appointed attorney and grew extremely frustrated with my situation , and contacted Mr Swartz. i can now tell you ,after all has been said and done, that it was the best decision I could have made. I was part of an indictment with 13 people, and the attorneys for the others in my case were shadowed by the abilities of Ken in the courtroom. He was extremely fair in what I was charged, and after meeting countless other people caught up in the system, what I paid was petty to what others paid in legal fees. He learned my case better than I did, studied it, prepared and and fought better than I could have ever imagined. Long story short, out of an initial probability of well over 10 year possible sentence, i received a sentence of 4 years, was given the RDAP program which cut off 12 months, served my time at the Prison Camp in Miami, and was given 9 months of Halfway House time....serving only 20 months. He is a great person, and an amazing litigator.... I would recommend him to my family and friends, and am extremely grateful for his hard work and professionalism.
