Our experience with Eric was excellent. We were in a rush to finalize an operating agreement, within a week, he banged out all the details, including multiple non competes- different equity structures- etc. It was a complicated OA to say the least. He took all the necessary time to make sure we wer...e comfortable with every part of the agreements, and his suggestions brought out potential issues we hadn't thought about. His work speaks for itself and he's a pleasure to deal with.
