My realtor recommended Eduardo to evict some tenants and claim past rent. I paid a $1200 retainer to Eduardo, who immediately became unresponsive.. My realtor and I pressured the tenants to pay past rent and leave, while Eduardo did NOTHING that I am aware of. After the fact (AFTER the tenants paid p...ast rent and started negotiating with us) he sent a standard eviction letter, worth $150 at best Not sure how he justifies keeping the rest of the $1200 for no services (we contracted for court appearances, talking to tenant, talking to client.. reviewing documents.. as far as I know he told me he didn't need to review documents such as payment history spreadsheet because he would send a standard form) My realtor apologized for recommending him, he was a BAD choice
