Biography
I passionately represent injured individuals and the family members of those killed by the negligence of others throughout Florida and nationally.
After graduating law school second in my class and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review, I clerked for a United States District judge in Houston, worked for one of the largest Wall Street law firms in the world and became an Assistant and Supervisery Federal Public Defender in Miami for ten years, where I tried more than 45 federal cases to verdict.

Now I know they call him the "Street Fighter"!
Don't let his polished, professional apeparance fool you, Mr. Malone is a tough Man to beat in court. When he presented my case, I had to sit there in awe myself. His confidence made me confident that I could win.
