Biography
I am a Miami-based commercial litigation and business attorney representing businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and individuals in complex disputes and transactions. Since 2007, I have handled matters through negotiation, litigation, trial, and appeal in state and federal courts.
My practice includes business contracts and commercial litigation; fraud, finance, securities, civil theft, and fraudulent-transfer disputes; real estate and construction matters; and intellectual property. I also advise clients on business formation, ownership and buy-sell agreements, financing documents, nondisclosure agreements, and domestic and international commercial transactions.
Before becoming an attorney, I earned advanced degrees in music, including a Doctor of Musical Arts. I am fluent in Romanian and Russian. I provide practical, responsive legal counsel tailored to each client’s objectives.
