Ronald George Neiwirth

Ron Neiwirth joined the Firm as a Partner in June 2011. Ron is practicing in the Miami office and handles bankruptcy proceedings and the full range of insolvency matters locally, and throughout the United States, on behalf of foreign liquidators. He has extensive experience in the areas of Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, real estate workouts, debtor-in-possession financing, cash collateral stipulations, bankruptcy litigation and international insolvency proceedings.
