Mark Tobin assembled a team of experts to handle my complicated eminent domain case involving the Florida Department of Transport, which took over 2 years. During that time he led the team of experts, adding others as the developing case required, while keeping me fully informed of progress and any c...hoices I could make on the decision tree. The case peaked in a marathon 12-hour negotiating session with the FDOT legal team, in which Mark was tireless in representing my interests, and he won the day (and the case) with an excellent settlement.
