I used Lior Leser (Web 2.0 Lawyer) to create a terms of service and a privacy policy for a website I founded last year. It was a great experience. He asked me questions to try to understand the purpose of the site and how users would interact with it. He helped me understand the legal risks involved ...and answered all the questions I had. With a few revisions I was able to get the documents I needed to feel confident in launching my new site.

I would highly recommend Lior Leser for his services as a lawyer. I did a lot of searching, talked to quick a few lawyers, asked a ton of questions, etc. before settling with Lior for my internet and software related legal questions and needs. Whether it be a simple terms of service, a buyers agr...eement, a private contractor agreement, internet related legal questions/concerns, cease and desist, etc. -- Lior seemed to be the most knowledgeable with reasonable rates as well. The other lawyers I talked to didn't seem to really know a lot of the answers to the questions I was asking (I had easy questions as well as ones that I knew weren't so easy), and when I did ask a question prior to hiring anyone, most of the other lawyers seemed to not want to answer anything until they were hired. Lior was the only one to really help out extensively before, proved his knowledge, etc.. After hiring him, I found his rates to be reasonable, he always got back to me with questions in a timely manner, and was knowledgeable in a variety of legal areas. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who specializes in internet law and compliance!
