Also, unlike many other attorneys she's not in it for the money, so it deeply saddens me to see that someone wrote such a negative review. It almost makes me think they have her confused with someone else because this lady is the real deal when it comes to criminal defense attorneys and just being an all around good person.

Im noone to criticize someone's judgement, however, this review seems to be written by someone whom was not satisfied with the outcome of their case. Her ability as an attorney should not even be put to question. It's someone whose solemnly looking to point the finger. I speak from experience because... I've dealt with Kristi Kassebaum for more than a decade because not only has she defended family members, but she's also been referred by us to many others who were more than satisfied with her work. So given my many years of dealing with Kristi and seeing her in action in that courtroom, there's no doubt in my head that she's one of the best defense attorneys Miami has to offer. Don't let one review discourage you from choosing Kristi to represent you.
