Terrible horrible service. We hired Katie to litigate a small matter of a few hundred thousand dollars and she was by far the worst attorney we have ever worked with. To say she is unresponsive is an understatement. Numerous emails and phone calls would go unanswered for weeks at a time, followed by ...weak excuses. She simply does not respond, nor does her staff. She does however, bill very promptly. When we told her we were going to take our case elsewhere, she gave us a solemn promise that she would be more responsive but there was no change. As a result of her poor responsiveness, the case dragged on for far longer, and cost much more, than it should have. We were very unhappy with Katie Phang and would advise anyone who asks to avoid using her.
