Holly S. Harvey

Holly leads Thornton Davis Fein's insurance coverage and bad faith practice. In over 22 years of practice, she has served as coverage counsel in hundreds of construction defect cases. She also handles third and first party coverage matters involving a variety of claims. Holly often speaks and writes on coverage and defect issues, and for several years co-chaired the Complex Torts Subcommittee for the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation, Corporate Counsel Committee. She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Eleventh Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and all Florida state trial and appellate courts.
