Fernando Franco

 Fernando Franco (“Franco”) is a highly experienced and dedicated immigration attorney with a passion for helping clients achieve their American dream.

A graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Magna Cum Laude, where he was a member of Law Review and Moot Court and earned book awards in Securities Regulations, Contracts, Torts, and Criminal Law, Franco possesses a deep understanding of U.S. law and a proven ability to develop effective legal strategies.

As part of the student honors program, Franco also served as an intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations office in Miami, Florida.

Licensed to practice law in New York since 2011 and in Florida since 2015, Franco has over a decade of experience successfully representing clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas (such as EB-1, EB-2, Labor Certifications, O-1, L-1, E-2, and H-1B), deportation defense, and naturalization.

He has had the privilege of representing notable personalities, including former president of Colombia, Alvaro Uribe Velez.

Franco brings to the table a wealth of experience in other areas that enhance his ability to serve his clients’ immigration needs, including expertise in OFAC list removal, federal and state criminal defense, and civil and family litigation.
