Actively involved in every phase of litigation including pre-suit negotiations, discovery and motion practice, mediation, trial, post-judgment enforcement and appeals, representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.

Draft and negotiate contracts, asset purchase agreements, letter agreements, employment and severance agreements, joint venture and business partnerships, notes, co-lender agreements and other business acquisition and sales documentation.
