Eric Scott Kleinman

Originally from Ellenville, New York, I moved to Miami in 1992 to attend law school and made Miami my home.  My wife, Karen, and I have two sons. 

Professionally, I spent nine years at a large Miami law firm in the Insurance and Liability Defense department, handling and trying cases for a variety of insurance carriers and self insured retailers.  My law partner and I were both shareholders of that firm when we left to form K&A.  In the last ten years, I spent a good portion of my time as general counsel to SIKON Construction, while continuing to litigate insurance coverage and personal injury claims both for and against insurance carriers. Since the beginning of 2013, I have worked almost exclusively as a mediator throughout the State of Florida, generally dealing with matters of insurance coverage, personal injury (Premises, Auto, . . .), construction disputes and commercial disputes.
