I was not given a public defender because of conflict of interest in my criminal case. Dustin was appointed to me and I am very happy that he was. Dustin was always reachable through his cell phone, responding to my text messages promptly, taking time to answer any questions I had via phone calls. ... My initial plea deal was 21months of prison time with 10years of probation. I was in jail for 5 months without an attorney conflict of interest with public defender and regional attorney there was no bond for some reason and I was stuck,never been through this before and was i guess you can say naive didn't know what to do then Dustin was appointed as my pro bono attorney....In one week I spoke with him on visio three days later I had an emergency bond hearing and received bond prosecutor asked for 100,000 Dustin got it to 26,000 which is 2,600 bond i was out in a week with home arrest and a monitor. Two weeks later Dustin put in a motion to move me to level 2 I was aloud out 9-6 7 days.one year later with all the delays and status court dates Dustin got the case dismissed!!! All this without getting paid he was just as efficient and it didn't really matter to him.I told him one day that I didn't want to bother him I know he wasn't getting paid and he said please call me anytime.I would recommend Dustin Tishler as your attorney to fight for you as hard as he can pro bono or as a paid attorney.

Mr. Tischler did an incredible job working with my husband and I to lower our sentence. We where fighting for our life and without him we wouldn’t be where we are. Both of us where facing 7 years each on drug charges and thanks to Dustin we got probation as well as 2 years house arrest. I couldn’t h...ave been more happy with the out come. Dustin went above and beyond to solve my case and my wife's. It took some time because the courts kept pushing back the dates, but Dustin kept at it and he kept telling us to not lose hope. He was able to remove all of my wife's charges and reduced mine to a minimum. It would not an exaggeration to s...ay that he worked Magic.
