DONALD L. WEST, JR. received his B.S. degree in 1996 from Florida StateUniversity and his J.D. degree in 2000 from the University of MiamiSchool of Law. He was the recepient of a Dean's Honor Scholarship and aFlorida Education Fund Scholarship as well as a member of the MootCourt Board, Son of Chief, (vice-president/treasurer), to the IronArrow Honor Society, Omicron Delta Kappa, and president of the UM LawStudent Bar Association. He has actively counseled high net worth andcelebrity individuals on life and business decisions since 1997 andspecializes in the areas of trusts and estate planning, probate,corporate law, sports & entertainment and real estate.

Don counsels families, individuals and entities on the principles ofgenerational legacy and wealth transfer as a Vice President and TrustOfficer with Axis Legacy Planning & Trusts, P.L., an inclusivewealth management firm with a unique planning philosophy of promoting"Healthy & Sustained Family Wealth" with offices in Atlanta,Georgia and four Florida locations.
