As founder and CEO of The Monfiston Firm, P.A, Daniel has dedicated his practice to the representation and advocacy of policyholders in disputes against large insurance companies throughout Florida. He firmly believes that policyholders enter into insurance contracts with large insurance companies for one thing only: peace of mind.
