Antonino Gabriel Hernandez

We hired Antonio G Hernandez of Coral Gables Fl. He was recommended by Legal Shield , so we thought he had been vetted and approved. He wasn't. We asked Antonio if he was familiar with our type of case. He said he was very familiar with it and promised to be aggressive in our case. He did not know ...anything about our type of case. He gave us a "discount" on his hourly charges. But when he billed us, he claimed many hours to do a 15 minute procedure. In three years he still had not opened the case and had charged over $100K. We demanded him to get a court date. Hefinally did... eight days too late. We had three court proceedings. He did not show up for any of them. Because of that the judge decided the case for the opposing party and ordered we pay their and our court and attorney fees. Do not use this pers on.

I had a very disappointing experience working with Antonino Gabriel Hernandez. Throughout our time working together, I felt consistently pressured for payment, receiving multiple requests per day, which created unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. Communication was also a majo...r issue. He often came across as rushed and did not take the time to clearly explain his strategy or how he was actively helping my case. Despite paying over $11,000 in legal fees, I did not see meaningful progress beyond basic paperwork being filed. What was most concerning was that he ultimately withdrew from my case before any court proceedings even took place, leaving me in a difficult position. Overall, I did not feel supported, informed, or properly represented, and I would not recommend his services based on my experience.

I hired A.Hernandez, I paid him 1,500.00 retainer with the condition that I will pay him up to 3,000.00 as the case goes forward. Unfortunately , I lost the case because he never showed up to court. He said he never received notice of the date of hearing. He then filed a motion to reopen the case. T...he judge granted the motion. He never showed up again, instead he sent a liaison who had no clue about what was going on. As a result the judges ruled in the other person favor and I lost not just my case but money I paid him. He had no intention on representing me due to the simple fact , he never, ever asked me any information about my side of the story . Once I paid him I didn’t hear from him for 6 to 7 months . I called him and said we lost the case due to him not showing up. I filed with the “bar association” almost a year ago. I have not gotten a response from them as of yet. However, I highly recommend that we all should refrain from hiring this lawyer . It appears that has a commitment , integrity and good work ethnic problem. We as a community must pull together to bring him to accountability for his poor behavior. We can rebuild him if we do a intervention. I wonder can we get a class action started. Anyway, don’t hire him. Thank you

Would stay away from this attorney! I talk to a lot of attorneys and was appalled by the 10 min conversation. Said 2,500.00 then 3,500.00 and said oh I did say 2,500.00. For no reason he had me removed from Legal Shield over Freedom of speech lawsuit I guess! Legal Shield after this attorney only... one for 15 mins tops canceled my subscription! Will be a complaint filed with the Bar of Fl…..
