Paul Farkash Clark

Paul F. Clark is Of Counsel at Butler Pappas. Paul devotes his practice to third party liability defense. Paul has extensive experience in many areas including: automobile negligence, premises liability, negligent security, construction bodily injury, construction defect, and catastrophic injuries. He has tried over 40 cases to jury verdict as lead counsel and has extensive pre-trial and mediation experience in the South Florida area.

Paul received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science in 1978 from George Washington University and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1981.

Paul is a member of The Florida Bar, the Colorado Bar (inactive status), the Dade County Bar Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Paul has been a member of The Florida Bar's Professional Ethics Committee since 2005. Paul is certified as an instructor for insurance adjuster training courses by the State of Florida.
