Horrible/ Incompetent
Doesn't do anything in a timely manner, disappears for months, and a chronic liar. I'm pretty sure he has written all the positive reviews himself. He thinks he's that brilliant. Run the other way. You will be married to your spouse for a century more before he gets anything done.
